Hi All,

Has anybody seen this error before, when logging in on PAfE?  The error appears after entering user credentials.  
The users are able to access PAW with no errors and use on Citrix (with the problem being these users don't have Citrix licenses).

However, local Excel keeps giving this. The connection tests successfully and we've checked all the settings, ports, prerequisites etc.  The logfiles also don't give much more detail.


From a non-technical person, I don't know what else can I tell IT to investigate further.

the PA for Excel 'all' level log captures virtually all activity, would start by raising the log level to the highest level, and by attempting to reproduce. if the material is not captured there, that'd be something we'd generally close the gap on, only exceptions would really be things that are surfaced invisibly from the OS or Excel that don't produce a meaningful delta in outcome [programmatically].

have you tried out the alternative edge webview features in PA for Excel? using the alternate mode may provide some relief (and both are supported)
