We've just upgraded to CA 12.0.2 and some of our users seem to have lost the ability to Save the report output when a report is run in the background.
I am an administrator so I can see the below, but other users can't - The issue is that the report is too big to email so we just want to save it on Cognos.

I presume it's a permissions to capability, but I am not sure which.
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
