ICYMI - Part 4 in my series on MDX views in Planning Analytics has been published here.

We follow on from Parts 2 and 3 and have a look at deriving numeric members to change the scale of a value i.e. show values in thousands or millions. We also look at making a read-only view to avoid inadvertent changes to data then the look at deriving strings which can show messages to users like validation failures. We also look at deriving strings based on performance levels that can be used with conditional formatting.

Hi George, I have been reading (and re-reading 'cos it's not sinking in properly!) but this part 4 link tells me I don't have access to read it?

I can read parts 1 through 3 still so I don't think it's at my end?
