When you highlight data on a dashboard visualization, the member(s) highlighted are considered a filter that is local to your tab / visualization. You should see the member(s) listed when you open the filter indicator flyout in the top right corner of your visualization.

My dashboard has filters, and the user can drill thru to a report with these selections.
Issue is that they can also 'highlight' on a visual. How do I update the filter based on the 'highlighted' data?
If the filter has 2 cities selected, and then the user highlights one of these cities, how do I reflect this on the filter, or in the report they drill to?
