Hi,
Thank you for your reply. We will initiate a support case as you suggested.
We have checked all named ranges regarding the Dynamic Report as well as the result of the TM1 Functions that are used to construct the correct format. Technically, it seemed correct.
Will let update, when I have more news!
Thanks again and BR,

Subject: Formatting of Dynamic Reports break arbitrarily
Best to initiate a support case so that we can pursue this further. I will say that Excel itself handles the manipulation to the worksheet with regards to changing size (and referential updates), but the first thing I'd check is that the formatting functions are referencing properly with absolute vs relative for the desired outcome.
Interested to see more, I haven't heard complaints like this for PA for Excel generally which may indicate a more circumstantial concern.

Subject: Formatting of Dynamic Reports break arbitrarily
Dear IBM Planning Analytics Community,
We are observing a formatting issue in one of our customer's planning excels which contains three dynamic reports below each other.
In most cases the excel behaves as expected, however, sometimes the formatting of the dynamic report will break when changing a filter (by a SUBNM formula) and it builds the rows in colours that do not represent the respective levels.
For example consolidated elements are formatted as leaf elements, which leads to big confusion for the users.
The level indicator next to the rows shows the correct level.
Rebuild Sheet/Rebuild Workbook/Recreate Workbook don't change anything. F9 or rather ALT+F9 have no effect.
The only way to fix the excel is by closing it and reopening it anew.
It does not happen always, but rather appears to happen arbitrarily, which is why we've had a hard time reproducing it but the issue definitely exists.
I can attach a screenshot later on, if it is unclear.
Has anyone of you ever experienced anything like that?
Thanks in advance!
BR,
