I rechecked with the updated browsers and on 11.2.2 I now see the issue in Chrome and Edge. I don't know what changed in the browser to show this.
I updated to 11.2.4 and I don't see the issue with a table that has at least 1 cell populated. With an empty table I still see the issue.
I will make sure this gets logged.

In 11.2.2 I do see this issue in MS Edge. I don't see it in Google Chrome or Firefox.
When opening up an Agent created in any browser I always see it in Chrome and Firefox but not Edge.
Can you confirm which browser you use?

we have the same for in Cognos version 11.2.2 . When we open our events in event studio the HTML message is 'blank'. Whenever we enter something and save the event back, the HTML message is 'blank' when opened in event studio. can anyone help us how to fix this issue?

I tried to write a notification in the event studio to generate an email when the report fails. I created HTML email and placed the below message as in Fig.1. Then I saved it and closed that event. Later, when I opened the same event, I noticed that the message is not visible as in Fig.2. But it is absolutely work well in the plain text format. So far, I have never seen this issue. Could someone help me to figure this out? FYI, I tried this in the following browsers Chrome and Firefox.
