  • 1.  Display two lists on the same report, one on the top of the other, with scroll enabled

    Hi!

    I would like to create a report with two different lists, one above the other. I would like each list to have a specific height.

    I would also like to enable scroll on each list.

    I tried creating lists within blocks and tables, but those strategies did not work.

    Is this possible?

    Hi Sergio,

    Is it what you are looking for?


    Drag both list in a cell.
    You need to define for both list:
    In Data, Rows per page, let's say about 5000.
    In General, Scrollable height area: 100 for the first list and 150 for the second list

    In the second list, change pagination to:

    Hi, thanks again for your assistance.

    Now, how do I prevent the report from generating new pages?

    Even reducing the scrollable area height to 50, the report still breaks the result into different pages.

    Hi Sergio,

    It might break the result in different pages if you have more than 5000 rows per page. You can create a count distinct calculation to check how many rows you have.
