    Hello everyone,

    I would like to disable globally the descriptions showed by default in the new ICA interface 11.2.4.

    Hi German,

    I assume you want to switch to Tiles view instead of List view.

    You can configure a default view for all users.

    Click Manage > Configuration > System, and select Advanced Settings.

    In the Key field, type Content.defaultView.
    Click in the Value field, and specify one of the following values:
    tile
    Sets the content page default view to tile.
    list
    Sets the content page default view to list.

    I not modified to tiles view and the Descriptions are shown in List View too. 

    It exists and Advanced Setting that manage this show option ?

    Hi German,

    if you have access to the settings gear icon you can switch to "Short" or "Compact" view in list view. This will hide the description from the items and will shrink the height of the rows as well.

    I am not aware of a global parameter/advanced setting that sets this property for all users...


    EDIT: I'm on CA 12.0.3 - don't know if this option is available on 11.2.4 too.

    I confirm that when setting row size to compact, the descriptions are hidden. Now, I should need to apply this for everyone.
