    How do I define a custom SQL query within a data module?

    Hi Elmedin,

    You can create a table using SQL. You need to right-click on the data module line, then choose Table using SQL.

    With a SQL table.  

    The question which needs to be asked is why would you want to do that, especially given Cognos proven practices for modelling?   SQL tables should be understood as to be used in the last resort.

    Hi Brian,

    It is v11.2.1. Current version is v11.2.3.

    v11.0.13 is a very old version, it was released nearly 4 years ago.
