  • 1.  Cognos trigger.bat - how to make it work with OKTA MFA

    Hi Cognos Community-

    How to setup trigger.bat to work with Cognos Analytics and OKTA MFA especially for cases where you have to either push or enter a code

    I am trying to configure a trigger using OKTA MFA. Not sure how to do it..

    Trigger https://yourcacloudenv.ca.analytics.ibm.com:443/p2pd/servlet/dispatch <username> <password> <namespaceID> <triggername>

    The above would work if there is only one password to enter but with OIDC's how to configure above trigger.bat so that it works as expected and triggers a report. Basically today when i log into the environment, I get a code that I use from Keeper (Password Manager) and then enter that to log in. 

    Please assist.
