    Could you please help as I am not able to get into cognos analytics. I tried various browsers, clear the caches, still not helping. Thanks

    Hi,

    This usually means your user has not been granted any privileges to access Cognos Analytics. You need to reach out to the person/team responsible for administering your CA access, and ask them to add you to the relevant groups/roles for the type of access you require.

    From the URL, it looks like this is the on-demand Cognos Analytics cloud instance? Do you have an active subscription?

    I have the exact same issue. Doing a lab for my Grad studies, I successfully registered for the free  trial, however when authenticating twice, and then hitting Launch or Manage I get the same erro message the OP got. Also tried using different browsers, incognito mode, clearing cache etc and nothing. An email to support resulted in telling me there is no support for the free trial. Please help in troubleshooting as this is time-sensitive? My whole class is facing the same issue.

    I've been using the free version for awhile without issue(I started using via coursera cert. several months ago) and it is telling me that my project no longer exists. So . . . probably an issue on IBMs end, I'd hang tight and try every day till it's back up.

    I'm aware this is month after your initial post, so your trial is over but for any future issues some other people may have.

    I created a paid subscription account for Cognos Analytics and have ran into the exact same issue. I've been working with support over several days and so far the attempts they made on their end have not resulted in resolution yet.

    I only have 1 account, and Im the administrator and license user so there is no other permissions to grant from my end.

    I believe it has to do with IBMID - I had an ID years ago and when subscribing to the service I created a new IBMID with the same email (why would it let you do it, I don't know). But now there are 2 accounts in IBM tied to the same email address although when logging in I can obviously only access my new one with active subscription I cannot access. 

    I'll update once it's resolved so in the future if one finds this thread they can try to reach out to resolve it faster.
