Cognos Analytics 11.1.4 is not stable

    Our Cognos Environment is distributed on AWS instances . We have one content manager and 7 dispatchers. once we start content Manager, it start negotiates on exact 5 min after content manager starts and on same time AWS instance where content manager is installed, CPU utilization is reaches to 100 %. Content manager auto restarts. Its keep on happening. Any quick help will be appreciate
