Did you try to update (just save) all your burst reports within the new version? Did you check if you are using (if necessary) the correct driver (located in <cognos_installation>/drivers?

We upgraded to Cognos 11.2.4 from 11.2.2. Since the upgrade, our burst reports that used to take 5 minutes to run are now taking 2+ hours. Is anybody seeing a similar issue?
