    I am in an IT BI role and am trying to determine why we are not getting a dashboard to export to a PDF correctly, it was working before for the user I am supporting.  But now the charts are all "wonky".  Previously the user simply clicked the "share" icon, adjusted the orientation to landscape and was then able to print the dashboard to a PDF.  Now the particular dashboard this user manages and any others I can access all behave poorly when trying to export to PDF.  I have read the information on IBMs support pages via the link "For more information on exporting to PDF, click here" as well as other IBM docs and other forums/blogs.  I was able to get it to work briefly a couple of days ago, but regardless of using the same settings, it behaves differently every time and we cannot replicate getting it to successfully export more than 1 or 2 times in a row.  I have checked with my other IT colleagues in case it was related to an Adobe or other PDF app update.  We are getting the same results regardless of what app we are using.  The user sent copies of what she had been able to easily do as recently as late December.  We have not made any updates/changes to our Cognos install since last June.  Is anyone else experiencing this or have a solution?  I tried to look through the current posts to see if I could find anything related here, maybe I missed a post that discussed this.

    Hello,

    I was looking if someone has issues with this functionnality (Dashboards - PDF) with ICA 11.2.4 and I saw your  message. Do you find a solution for this ? Thank you

    Hi, We had something similar with CA 11.1.7, but not from the beginning. Several browsers and printers led to the same result. after upgrading to CA 11.2.4 we didn't see this issue any more.
