You might consider a 3rd party tool like BSP Software's MetaManager which can not only update schedules in bulk, but can also adjust recipients, credentials, and more, on the fly with just a few clicks.
You can always get a free 15-day fully functional trial and solve your situation and move on.

There is a way to make all emails come from the same address. Check out this link: https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/how-set-default-email-sender-specific-value-cognos-analytics-11

Hi Paul,
Thank you. I will have to try out the second option.
In this connection, I would like know if I can have all emails sent via schedules in Cognos to be sent from a particular email ID.
To clarify, the sender email ID of all emails triggered by schedules should be only one for example, abc@cognos.com (just an example).
The purpose is to avoid the creater of the schedule to be viewed as the sender in the email received by the recipient.
Would like to know if there is any setting in Cognos that makes this possible.
Regards,

The premium version of CogBox has a mechanism in place to change the credentials in a schedule.
Without that the only way I'm aware of doing it is to log in as the desired user and then modify the schedule.

Hi Friends,
I created a schedule in Cognos which ran as scheduled with me as the owner of the schedule (default).
I would like to change the ownership of the schedule to that of an employee from client organization so as to avoid myself as the sender whenever the schedule distributes emails to recipients. I have system admin privileges but would like to know how I can change the ownership of the schedule so that the emails are sent with the particular employee as the sender and not me.
