  • 1.  Books losing Synchronization

    Hi,

    We have recently had a few customers report that books are losing synchronization.

    I have noticed this myself, in both Chrome and Edge.
    The workarounds appear to be to either resync the books or clear the browser cache (I think the cache clearance has worked from memory).

    Has anyone else noticed this? It is a one of those 'quality of life' issues!

    Hi Mark,
    There is the synchronization defect for PA 2.0.77, working on the fix that should be made available soon.

    Any more details on this? I'm assuming that PA Cloud clients have had this issue since early in the morning on June 3rd.

    Yes, the fix is available for Local on FixCentral as of June 10 and  for Cloud was rolled out yesterday, June 14,

    I may have misunderstood when you said that there a synchronization defect 4 days ago, June 10 or June 11, that it also pertained to the release to PAW Local Fix Central on June 10. I was assuming that the June 10 PAW 77 Local was about the same as the June 2 PA Cloud PAW that was applied to PA Cloud.

    But it is good to know that PA Cloud is now all set.

    Walter, you're right, the new fix is going to be produced and made available on Fix Central shortly. There is a problem not for synchronization btw.
