I am encountering an error with the Assistant in Cognos Analytics, and I am taking the IBM Junior Data Analyst Certification. Hoping I am not going to need the assistant, but I still would like to use it in the future. I am getting this message: Sorry, I encountered a problem with our Conversation Service. Please contact your administrator.
I do not know my admin. Therefore, I have sent a message to see if anyone can help. I read an article on this, and a person said that there will be an update to the Cognos Analytics code to support the latest version of Edge. If that was the issue, has it been completed? If not, what should I do to fix it on my computer.
