Understood John, absolutely!
In the meantime I've fixed it (for good;-) and we are making sure this fix goes into TM1 Server 11.8.20 which is the version that ought to be picked up by PA 2.0.9.17.
Apologize for the inconvenience,

Thanks Hubert
To be clear, this is a new issue for us so it's a regression issue. The function was working as we expected in 2.0.6 and we then upgraded to 2.0.9.14 and 2.0.9.15 (tm1_winx64h_2.0.915.13_ml.tar.gz) without problems. Only when we upgraded to 2.0.9.16 have we encountered this issue.

Apologies for the confusion, there must be a breakdown in the system somewhere, 11 shouldn't have existed if 10 is in that release, but that aside, I checked, that fix is in 11.8.01900.10 as well!
So I had another peek at the code and verified that the case provided was fixed with that fix so decided to throw some arbitrary big and small numbers with many or few digits at it to find out that there is still an issue if the value is smaller then 0.07-ish. I've reopened the issue and will take another look.

11.8.01900.10 is what we have. Our IBM Partner provided a download link to us for this in mid March. We don't have direct access to IBM downloads as our support is currently through the partner.
If there is an available fix pack that addresses this issue that would be great, can you confirm?

Hi John, are you implying that 2.0.9.16 still has this issue? 2.0.9.15IF2 had it, as it contained the initial fix for a ROUNDP related issue which resulted in this new issue, described in the referenced APAR in the TM1 Forum item, with negative 'decimal' parameter. This issue has since been fixed (actually I made the fix on Jan 26th) so I'd be surprised if that missed the 2.0.9.16 (as AFAIK that contains the 11.8.19 version of TM1 server - you can quickly check by looking at the version information of the tm1s[d].exe or tm1server.dll files, it'll appear as 11.8.01900.11 presumably).

We are in the middle of changing our support arrangements so raising a support ticket is problematic at the moment. The rule in question involves a calculation nested within the ROUNDP function. It should be easy to reproduce.
