Hi All, I was wondering if anyone else had this issue.
We are using PA with Watson in the IBM cloud, and using SAML Authentication through OKTA. We've recently discovered that although we are a EMEA based company, our SAML authentication is going through a US IBMid Authentication layer (even though there is a EMEA equivalent).
This means that user details are being sent cross border, creating issues with our regulator and Internal IT compliance teams.
I raised a case with IBM support and got told any information was "IBM Confidential", and therefore I got no information.
I'm trying to complete a DTIA (Data transfer Impact Assessment) for the regulator and because of IBM's stance I simply cannot give any information.
Any help would be appreciated.
