Interesting, I'll investigate further the pass of Ignor between the two setting.
The intentional place for TI process work is the Workbench, so it's giving you more powerful options.
The "Ignore" pass between the books and WB is likely a defect, thank you for reporting the issue.

I can ignore some columns in Workbench now. However, the "Ignore" settings from a PAW book do not seem to show up in Workbench.
Please find an example from my screenshots above. Both screenshots display the same TI process.
Should I only use a PAW book or Workbench for editing a TI process (no mixing between the two)?
I am asking this question because a variable name in the second screenshot is misleading when the 4th variable name from the top is "Cost_Center".
