During this tectonic shift towards remote work, we are offering the TeamViewer functionality in MaaS360 for a 90-day no cost trial, to help you support your employees as they work from home.*

With more employees working remotely than ever before, it’s never been more important to be able to securely manage and support your devices to facilitate continued productivity. Today, in addition to managing and securing smartphones, tablets, and laptops from the MaaS360 portal, you can provide helpdesk support for these devices as well, initiating screen sharing and remote control via the portal to support your employees when they need help.

MaaS360® integrates with TeamViewer to provide remote support (remote view and control) to managed devices (iOS, Android, macOS, and Windows) from the MaaS360 Portal. This integration allows you to view or control managed devices as a part of remote support sessions to troubleshoot device issues while ensuring business continuity—providing IT support to users without needing to travel for in-person troubleshooting.

MaaS360 supports two modes of remote support:

  • Attended access: Allows remote access to devices based on end-user approvals. (Supported systems: Android, iOS, macOS, Windows Laptops and Desktops 7 and later, and Windows 10 Phones)
  • Unattended access: Allows permanent access to remote devices without requiring any end-user intervention. (Supported systems: Android - Coming Soon: Windows)

Learn more about the MaaS360 and TeamViewer integration here.

Getting Started:

  1. Log into your MaaS360 Portal. New MaaS360 customers will need to activate a trial account. (Click here to sign up for a MaaS360 Trial)
  2. Configure TeamViewer in the MaaS360 Portal: Click this link for step by step instructions on how to enable the TeamViewer service; start a free TeamViewer trial account; bind your TeamViewer account with MaaS360.

Once you’re set up, you should be able to initiate sessions between your IT Support team and your employees directly from the MaaS360 portal – managing, monitoring, and supporting your company’s devices from one convenient place.

*The 90-day no-cost trial offer is available through May 31st to customers that don’t have TeamViewer today and is limited to 200 managed devices.
