We’ve been very happy with the early customer feedback we’ve received about the totally reconceived, AI-driven Cognos Analytics 11.1. Because of the software’s complexity, we are rolling it out in phases to different parts of our user base. The initial release on September 28th was for Cognos Analytics on Cloud for North American customers — meaning that the software is currently being delivered as a multi-tenant SaaS offering from one of our U.S. data centers.

Our next release will include new deployment options so we can bring the great new functionality of the software to more of our customers worldwide. This release adds three additional deployment options for Cognos Analytics 11.1:

Because testing for all of these options is still underway, please be aware that the specific release date for each of them could move.
