Upon import of SFG resources,the partners are not visible under 'Partners' menu.

Abstract :
This article aims at providing a solution for the issue that the partners not being visible in SFG UI under the 'Partners' menu when imported from one SI instance to another SI instance.

Brief description of the problem occurrence:-

1. Imported the sfg resources from one SI instance to another SI instance
2. Upon import, the partners are not visible under 'Partners' menu but the same partners are visible under the community that they are part of

Corrective action :-

1. In filegateway UI, under 'Groups' tab, select 'All Partners' in the left panel and then hit on 'Add Partners' button.

 

2. In the next screen you should be able to see all the available partners in the left panel.

    Select all the Identities and in the right panel select 'All Partners' and hit on the 'Execute' button. 

 

3. In the next screen you will be able to see the association report and hit on 'OK' button.

 

4. Once you do this, all the available partners will now be visible under the 'Partners' menu.
