Announcing the grand release of PowerVC for Private Cloud 2.2.1

Fixes

Here are the APAR fixes included with this release:

IT45950 - Environment checker fails validation of VIOS 4.1.0.10.
IT45951 - Retype of in-use storage impacts AIX VM - SVC storage.
IT45952 - Volume health in pending state.
IT46090 - HMC fails to manage invalid session.
IT46091 - Delete SSP based volume from PowerVC is not deleting disk from SSP DB.
IT46092 - IBM i resize fails.
