The z/OS Academy is a free, week-long educational event for z/OS System Programmers with 2 - 10 years of experience. The academies are offered around the world and give users the chance to learn new z/OS topics while connecting with each other.
This June we are launching our virtual z/OS Academy session for 2023. Starting on June 7th and running every Wednesday through June 28th experts will be hosting webinars related to z/OS version 3.1 followed by dedicated time where audience members will be able to directly discuss their questions and concerns. Topics include EzNoSQL, IBM SMF Explorer with Python, z/OSMF updates for z/OS 3.1 and The How and Why Behind z/OS Embracing AI. To register, visit our event page at https://ibm.biz/zacademy-newera.
If you haven't already, please join the IBM New to Z community page and the z/OS Academy community page for updates on when session recordings are posted and for information on our future z/OS Academy sessions. As always, these sessions will be free of charge and aimed at those with 2-10 years of IBM zSystems experience.
For more information on any of our sessions, send an email to zOS.Academy.USA@us.ibm.com.

Hi DAVE PERRAULT, the recording for the session can be found at the same link as the live session: https://www.crowdcast.io/c/zosacademy-new-era/nFEZs
Reviewing the z/OS Academy site extensively, I could not find the Recording for the June 14, 2023 session: Introduction to IBM SMF Explorer with Python Can the direct link for that recording be provided in these comments?
Hi Glenn Wilcock, yes the recordings are made immediately after the session concludes at the same link.
Will recordings be available?
Hi Lydia Sobczyk, the time for each session will be 11am ET and run approximately 1 hour.
Hello. Can someone please confirm the time of this event? The original time posted was 3:00pm but the calendar event listed 12:00 and now the posted time is 11:00. Thank you!
Hi Wiesława Zaborowska, that's strange. My only other suggestion is to check to see if your firewall is blocking access to the website.
Hi Ryan Rawlins,below error message.
The webpage at https://www.crowdcast.io/c/zosacademy-new-era might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
Hi Wiesława Zaborowska, when I access the original link in the post and the one in your comment, they both bring me to the correct page (https://www.crowdcast.io/c/zosacademy-new-era). Can you show me which error message you're getting?
Link to registration does not work https://ibm.biz/zacademy-newera.
