COVID_Dash_4_22_20.pngWe have launched version 1.1 of the IBM's COVID-19 dashboard. IBM has compiled data provided by multiple third party sources including the World Health Organization, state and local agencies as well as other public sources.

Excited to let you know that O'Reilly & IBM have co-published a report "The Value of AI-Infused Business Intelligence." Read the blog and get your copy of the report authored by IBM's Michael Norris.

Planning Analytics Workspace update 52 provides two great new features: usability improvements in the set editor and ability to download a new AgentActions.log file that records changes to the availability status of your Planning Analytics database.

As of April 16, Planning Analytics for Microsoft Excel update 52 is now available. If you are using Planning Analytics 2.0.9 or newer and have connections through PMHub, your connections will be switched to solely go through Planning Analytics Workspace.
***Note: if you are using Planning Analytics for Microsoft Excel 2.0.52, you must use Planning Analytics 2.0.6 or newer.

Peer reviews are an important driver of product adoption. At IBM, our products are driven by you, our customers. Thank you for helping to promote your solution choice and experience by taking this 10 minute survey about Planning Analytics on Gartner Peer Insights.

TM1ProcessError.log files that are older than three months will be permanently deleted during the regularly scheduled maintenance window.  If you want to retain your TM1ProcessError.log files beyond three months, compress them to a zip file.

As of March 1st, IBM will no longer be logging support cases to notify you when disk space for the shared (S:\) drive is running low. This process was put into place in the absence of product notification features. With the introduction of Planning Analytics Administration this process is no longer required. With Planning Analytics Administration, administrators can manage the capacity of their data drive and notify the correct people in your organization to take appropriate action. More information on how to configure these alerts can be found here. You may purchase additional disk capacity by contacting your IBM Sales representative or business partner.
