I just posted two new IBM Db2 Data Management Console Product Tours at ibm.com/demos. These are product simulations that let you step through set of tasks so you can get a feel for how the console works before you install it. They include step by step instructions as well as screen shots that let you click through the user interface in a simulation of the actual product. 

There two you can try. They each take about 10 to 15 minutes to complete.
