Provisioning

The provisioning step is largely processed by IBM.

At the time the order is placed a provisioning form is completed with details including the main technical contact at the client.

IBM stand up the offering for the client with data tiers that are unique and attached to the multi tenant Planning Analytics Workspace.

The initial welcome kit is then sent to the Technical contact as well as an initial invite to create an IBMid and access the production environment.

The IBM® Planning Analytics Welcome Kit file contains a set of account and system information that is unique for your Planning Analytics system.
