Today, I'm excited to share the next step in our evolution: IBM for Startups is transitioning to a new online community platform as part of the broader IBM Build community.
This new space represents more than just a change in platform—it’s an opportunity to deepen our connections, strengthen collaboration, and expand the resources available to you as a startup leader.
What this means for you
Here’s what you can expect as we make this transition:
- No action needed – Your IBMIDs and account details will be automatically transferred, so you won’t need to re-register or take any manual steps.
- Seamless transition – Starting May 15, all traffic from the current IBM for Startups platform will redirect to the new IBM Build community.
- Community connections – In the new community, you’ll be able to participate in dynamic discussions with fellow founders, industry experts, and IBM mentors through a dedicated startup-focused chat.
- Ongoing support – Enjoy continued access to valuable startup resources, insights, and one-on-one mentorship, all within a more interactive and robust environment.
