What is passing percentage?
The IBM Cloud Technical Advocate Exam has 60 questions. 44 questions have to be answered correctly in order to pass the exam with a score of 60%.
What percentage of these questions is most likely going to appear in the exam?
Introduction to the Cloud - 14%
IBM Cloud Fundamentals - 14%
Compute Options - 11%
Storage - 6%
Networking - 11%
Services - 16%
Security - 14%

If we were to go through the list of questions you walked us through would that give us a chance to pass the exam?
Yes if you knew the answers to these questions that is a good indicator that you are ready for the exam.
I recently saw that by taking this exam we could potentially qualify for two badges. Is this true?
Yes, An individual with the Advocate Plus credential holds both the IBM Certified Advocate - Cloud v2 and IBM Certified Technical Advocate - Cloud v4 certifications

Will we have to retake the test for the new version?
No.
I see both Cloud Advocate and Tech Advocate certs on the website. What's the difference between them?
Both Advocate and Technical Advocate provide basic cloud knowledge on IBM Cloud fundamental concepts. The Technical Advocate curriculum is designed for those in a technical career path.
After I get Tech Advocate certification, what certification do you recommend I study for next?
I recommend looking at either the Professional Level Certifications or the Specialty Certifications.

Where do these stats come from?

It seems that a lot of the answers are "A". Is that my imagination? Is there any pattern to answers on the exams?
The answers on the exam will be randomized.
So if a new curriculum is coming soon, is this the last chance to take test on current curriculum ?
Once the new curriculum is announced, learners will have 90 days to take the exam on the old material.
I certified last year. Should I re-certify?
It is always great to keep your skills current. I recommend recertifying every few years.
