Cybersecurity firm Forescout's Vedere Labs recently released “OT: ICEFALL - A Decade of Insecure-by-Design Practices in OT.” The report is packed with information about operational technology weaknesses, not the least of which is identifying a whopping 56 vulnerabilities in a single report. The vulnerabilities affect devices deployed in multiple industries including oil and gas, nuclear, power generation and water treatment and distribution.
