At the IBM TechXChange event in September, I’ll have the pleasure of presenting on a range of different topics across Access Management.

My first session is how IBM Security Verify SaaS delivers frictionless and secure experiences for consumer identity and access management (CIAM). In this session I will co-lead, with a few folks from our tech sales and development team, a lab that will allow attendees to get hands-on with IBM Security Verify by configuring a banking application to deliver an end to end CIAM experience. We will touch on topics such as ID proofing, password intelligence, branding/customization, user registration, data privacy and consent management, and more.

The second session is actually my favorite session, which will have one of our customers, Jefferson Health, share their experiences in modernizing Identity and Access Management. Jefferson Health will unravel the journey of modernizing IAM in the healthcare education sector. The focus will be how technological advancements can enhance and optimize the security and ease of access for both students and staff in this vital field. Get an in-depth understanding of the benefits and potential of this transformation in the realm of healthcare education.

The third session will cover where we are taking the IBM Security Verify access management capabilities, specifically IBM Security Verify SaaS and IBM Security Verify Access. I will co-present on the roadmap, delivery of key/recent capabilities, and demonstrate new use cases we are enabling within IBM Security Verify SaaS.
