zSystems @ AWS Reinvent

 

The IBM zStack content will be included in the IBM Software breakout session that Judah Bernstein, Strategic Partnership CTO, IBM, will deliver on Nov 30th.   We also have a strong booth presence and three theatre sessions around the hybrid patterns with AWS. Below you can find resources to promote the IBM zSystems presence at AWS re: Invent.

The IBM AIU (Artificial Intelligence Unit) chip that became one of the most innovative features of the IBM Telum processor continues to make news. A few days ago, IBM announced the availability of the first system-on-chip completely dedicated to running AI-specific applications. It is a scaled version of the AIU embedded in zSystems z16 and LinuxONE 4 processor: IBM's new AIU artificial intelligence chip  |  IBM Research Blog.
