Administration: UI functionality differences

Cognos Analytics administrators may be curious to know which administration interface to use for certain functions. We have published a document to upgrade central to highlight some of the functional differences between the legacy administration portal and the new administration functions available from the Manage menu.
This document was created with 11.1.1. Functionality is always being added to the Cognos Analytics UI so check for updates on newer versions.
