Harald leads the Austrian GSE Tivoli User Group. The group began in 2006 and has distinguished itself as a Premier Local User Group since 2007. In a nutshell, this means that the group leaders have consistently provided outstanding user group meetings and content to members for more than a decade! Garrett Lucas
Garrett became the IBM Kansas City Software User Group leader in 2017. The group had been largely inactive in 2016, and Garrett volunteered to reinvigorate the group.
