The IBM Data Science Community team has been in full swing making plans for 2021 programs and meetups with our Data Science community partners. Stay tuned for updates! Before we forget, we wanted to take a quick look back at 2020 and go over some of the highlights:
  • Data Science Community grew to almost 16,000 members
  • Nearly 400,000 unique visits to Data Science Community
  • Two major virtual events, targeted at tech practitioners, Deploy AI and Learn AI with 3,070 and 4,926 registrations respectively.
  • Data Science Ecosystem Meetups: 57 supported | 6,174 attendees | over 200,000 reach per quarter
  • Supported meetups in USA (California, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Massachusetts, and New York), Canada, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Malaysia, and India
  • Published 136 new pieces of tech content for client and ecosystem eminence
  • Partnered with Coursera on a promotional offer for new community members
