You can share any suggestions you may have, whether it's a new feature request to enhance our current offerings or just an idea that you think would be cool to have. We welcome your contributions through the IBM Ideas Portal.
The IBM Ideas Portal is a powerful platform that empowers you to share your ideas and suggestions for product improvements, giving us valuable feedback that helps us build better products and address critical needs in the marketplace. It also provides access to our Aha portal, where you can stay up-to-date with product roadmaps, strategies, and releases. To help you understand the process, please refer to the chart below, which outlines the four phases of the IBM Customer Enhancement Request (Idea) Process:
Customer Submission: During this phase, customers submit their ideas, feedback, and the urgency level for the request.
Review and Decision: Our product teams will review and make a decision within 90 days. You may be asked for further information or details regarding your submission during this period.
Candidate for Inclusion: When an idea becomes a candidate for inclusion in a future release of the product, it means that the team has decided the idea is an integral part of the future of the product and will eventually deliver the idea.
Delivery Process: The last phase of the process is the delivery process, where your idea has been developed and delivered by our team.Here is an example of an idea recently delivered for our product Watson Orchestrate:
