The end of the year is the season of giving and many of our IBM Automation Community members contribute time and funding to a wide variety of charitable organizations and non-profit groups. Do you have a favorite organization that you contribute to with funding and/or in-person volunteering? If so, we want to hear about it. Post a link to your favorite charitable foundation or non-profit group that is making a difference in global sustainability, social justice, health, or quality of life and tell us in a few words why you connect to it.
Then, on a special IBM Automation Communities webcast on Wednesday, December 14, at 11 AM ET, we'll celebrate the many different organizations that our members support. If you’re interested in speaking live about your favorite organization and why they deserve support, we have a few spots for awareness and advocacy.

We also have a very special guest lined up as our keynote on December 14 to answer one of the most common questions we hear on the IBM Automation Communities: “How do I get started?” For the definitive answer to this question, we've invited Rachel Reinitz, IBM Fellow, VP and CTO of IBM Client Engineering, and Founder of IBM Garage. She has created a prescriptive set of steps for identifying and aligning on Automation projects in half-a-day or less. No matter what type of Automation you're looking to deploy, you won't want to miss her presentation, “Identifying Automation Value in a Few Hours."
