The Practitioners is a monthly series started by the Public Sector User Group, and open to any and all Community members. The objective of the series is simple: invite an automation practitioner to present their expertise to the group and then take questions.
On Thursday, December 8 at 12 noon, The Practitioners hosted a special year-end session, where Public Sector president George Warner shared his experience downloading and setting up the free trial of the new IBM Content Services on AWS release.
After two decades on the front lines managing New York State's massive FileNet, Datacap and Automation applications, George has a clear view on the business drivers and strategy needed to succeed with Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and he’s developed a methodology for building a business case for deploying it in a department, agency or across an enterprise. He will offer real wisdom on how to get value from Content Services.
As always, much of the session is devoted to open discussion about topics important to users and architects. In fact, if you’ve downloaded the Content Services on AWS trial, we’d love to hear about your experience too.
