IBM DataPower, part of CP4I has a new facility for integrating with Gitops. This lab will show you how to automatically share IBM DataPower configuration between environments by pushing and pulling from git. • Instructor-led Lab: Modernizing Your Business Using DataPower [1726] - DataPower provides a lot of services that can be created and configured to bridge between modern protocols like AMQP, Kafka and HTTP/2 to legacy protocols like http, https, MQ and others. • Instructor-led Lab: API Connect and AI Working Together to Discover Your Unknown APIs [1162] - The biggest challenge today is to keep track of all of your APIs. These could be exposed in IBM API Connect, or simply exposed without an API Management solution. This lab will explain how using API Connect and WatsonX services can be discovered, developed, augmented and governed quickly with near zero effort. • Technology Breakout: Citizens Bank: A Journey to API Management Modernization, an API Connect Upgrade & Modernization Story. [2197] - Headquartered in Providence, Rhode Island, Citizens Financial Group, Inc. is one of the nation’s oldest and largest financial institutions. We have been using IBM API Connect platform since v5 and recently have completed the upgrade to v10.0.5. We are running a hybrid cloud deployment architecture with gateways running in a variety of clouds, including on-premises, along with s control plane running in a single central location. This session will go through our journey, challenges and successes covering how we worked with our business and IBM to make it the best experience possible. • Instructor-led Lab: API Connect Essentials - Building, Protecting and Socializing a GraphQL Solutions [1245] - GraphQL provides a simple and lightweight way of providing complex data. API Connect can provide a secure, efficient and simple way to expose your content via GraphQL that is easily shared, secured and tracked. After this session you will be able to use StepZen to expose your data and API Connect to manage, socialize and track the usage. Thu, October 24th1:30 PM - 3:00 PM PDT, South, Lagoon K, Level 2
