The Planning Analytics Workspace help system includes some exciting new features. The help system still reflects the latest documentation from IBM Knowledge Center, but we've added more video content, improved the user experience, and added cognitive capabilities.
New icons in the table of contents for each top-level category help organize sections visually. Table of content sections that contain videos include a video icon. If multiple videos are included in the section, the video icon displays the number of associated videos; for example:

When viewing a topic that contains an embedded video, you can play the video directly on the page. And if you play the video and scroll through the page, the video continues playing in a condensed video overlay.

Search capabilities now include suggested search terms, personalized search history, queries that other people searched on, and more. Search results indicate whether a particular topic includes a video, its rating on a 5-star scale, and whether users commented on the topic. Yes, you can add comments to a topic! But note that comments are viewable to all Planning Analytics users, including users from outside your organization. The rating system and comments help other users determine whether topics are useful and helps our team identify content that may require improvements. The Planning Analytics team is monitoring comments and will respond where necessary.
PA Workspace documentation has gone social! From any topic, you can now share the documentation with your social networks in Facebook, Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn, or using the traditional email route. To share, rate, or comment on a topic, access these features on the right-hand side of each topic.

Saving the best for last, cognitive intelligence has been built into the help system. Suggested topics are presented based on your interests and activity in the interface. For example, moving your cursor to the bottom of the window exposes the top 5 topics for your user type. New users are presented with basic topics or new features. If you search or navigate to modeling-based topics, the system identifies you as a modeler and adjusts its suggested content accordingly. Whether you're a novice user, a modeler, an administrator, a data analyst, or a developer, the help system and its suggested topics evolves along with you.
