1.  Check for both paired arrays in SRM Add Array Manager, verify that 
   1. on the protected array manager, the local SVC IP address should point to the storage on the protected site, the remote SVC IP address should point to the storage on the recovery site
   2. on the recovery array manager, the local address should point to the storage on the recovery site, and the remote address should point to the storage on the protected site
   3. the ports are correct/available for Cimom service, if SVC_SRA. The default port is 5989.
   4. the storage on both sites are using the same username and same passwords.
2.  Check the SRM machine on the recovery site is visible and accessible to the storage on the protected site. You can run "telnet <protected storage ip> :5989" to check the accessibility.
3.  If SVCSRA, verify the Cimom service is running well on both sites. You can restart the Cimom service in storage service management tool.
