There are cases that specific business requirement is not fully capable by Apptio due to the technical limitation. It is important that TBM team coordination and organize the business requirements and close the gap between business requirements and technical capability in order to come up with the feasible solutions to realize the requirements.
The case study is one example to show what business requirements there was and what solution is used to meet and satisfy the business users for the use of wide range of users from executives to managers.
