Hello Team,

Over the past few months, I’ve been documenting the installation process for Cloud Pak for Data 5.0.3, and I’d like to share this guide here so that anyone interested in setting up a test environment can follow along and gain hands-on experience.

The document I’m sharing provides a detailed, step-by-step installation in an IBM internal environment with OpenShift 4.15.X already installed. It focuses on deploying the following services:

  • Watson Studio

  • Watson Machine Learning

  • Apache Spark

It also includes guidance on installing OpenShift Data Foundation (ODF), which is used as the storage solution in this setup.
