Hello,
We are IBM Business partner and have a customer using IBM Case Manager over last 3+ years. All on-premise Windows based environment. Customer is too happy and has grown from 27 users to 22,000+ users over last 3+ years. There was issue related to reporting and dash-boarding and we resolved using BAI4Server. Customer is too happy using their current ICM install and is growing ... then ... customer is asking ... why we need to do this if all working GREAT for us?
- We we should move to BAW/ICP4BA and add over-head with servers/components which we Don't need?
- Pay for heavy licenses for ICP4BA when we cannot use any of those components?
- Even we think for ICP4BA and leverage other offerings, why we are limited to OpenShift?
- Why IBM offered BAI4Server in production, supported and then suddenly deprecated after 1 year? Why IBM never though to plan ahead?
This is really becoming difficult as how we can convince this customer to move to "BAW/ICP4BA"?
I'm sure there are other customers too, but might not raising their concerns.
Who can help me to address concerns one of our customer raised?
