    We would gladly appreciate any solutions oriented to automate our company. We are Paella in Barcelona, a cooking classes venue based in Barcelona, we offer activities, workshops and team-buildings for groups of all sizes, so we would need a solution according to this.

    Hi Paella in Barcelona

    I know there are consultant companies that would love to help you.  Prior to that, since you posted on this forum, I assume you already have\own IBM software, either FileNet, IBM BPM, BAW or CloudPak for Business Automation.  This software suite can accomplish what you are looking for based on the initial requests.

    To help those looking to help you, be ready for these types of questions\requests.

    • What IBM software do you own, or are you looking for a software purchase as well
    • I would assume you already have a software package\solution handling your classes\training.  What are you looking to add to that solution?
      • Specific processes around enrollment, managing training statuses, and\or adding\removing classes.  OR other such things
      • How is the content being managed, created, and removed?  Is there is a system in place or none or are you looking to do something different
      • Criteria around how to enroll, dealing with prerequisites, and such.  Where and how is that handled?  (Business rules)

    Knowing the answers to those initial questions will help whomever you're working with better understand how and where they can help you.  

    The next part is whether you are looking for a pre-packaged solution or are you willing to have it custom-built.  Many times on this platform, solutions are more geared towards customizations vs packaged products.  I do not know all solutions and it is possible that a partner has an existing solution in that area already.

    Please ask any follow-up questions, and hopefully you will get additional responses.
