When I run the fixlet to upgrade from ver 9.2.27 to 9.2.28 the task completes with the message "not relevant .

ILMT is running on a bigfix scenario-Windows Sever 2012.

What would be the cause of this?

    Hi

Please refer to the documentation https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/license-metric-tool?topic=support-checking-why-fixlet-task-is-not-relevant

You might need to create a Support case for further analysis of the relevance check results. Thanks.

    Hi

This is a known defect fixed in 9.2.29.

The problem is that currently 'Relevance 4' will fail if there is more than one '.swidtag' or '.swidtag_' file left in the 'iso-swid' folder." - so the hotfix would be to remove the old '.swidtag' file and keep only the one with the latest version inside the 'iso-swid' subdirectory of the ILMT server installation directory.

    Thanks, Cassia
