    Dears ,

    I am currently using IBM BAW 21.0.3 and facing a problem while using ECM Document List to upload office files like word and excel to file net ,and get the following error "Document upload failed. Contact server administrator for details." , Which Types are allowed to upload using document list and how to upload Word and excel files?

    Hi Ahmed,

    please have a look at https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/apar/JR64898
    The list of allowed MIME types is configurable, but there seems to be a documentation issue in 21.0.3.

    thanks , Jens , but I have another questions is this JR64898 applicable also for BAW 21.0.3 running on openshift as I have the same problem on it?

    yes, the product code is mostly the same. 100custom.xml is available for containers and traditional. See Deploying a 100Custom.xml file to a deployment environment and Optional: Customizing Business Automation Workflow properties
