  • 1.  schedule does not work after update

    Hello community, we wanted to validate if you can guide us with the following problem

    We upgraded from version 21.0.3 to 21.0.5, but the schedule stopped working.

    in jobs you can't see anything of the process that is scheduled.

    We followed the steps suggested in this document but it still does not work https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/rpa/21.0?topic=installation-scheduling-does-not-work.

    also when runinng an instance form the async api we get the following error, but we are not sure if it's related

    Were you able to resolve this issue?  We're seeing something similar.  We have a PMR open, but haven't gotten it resolved yet.

    One of our server support guys made some changes to open ports on the server and we were able to get up and running.  There was also Queues Runtime Percentage field in the setup for the VDI in the Computers section that was set to 100%.  All of our production VDIs were set to 0% so I made that change as well.  They were both made at the same time, so I'm not sure that had much to do with it.  Reading documentation, I wouldn't think it would, but it was a change we made.
