    Hey Roger,

Looks like you've run into issues with the validation of the installation key.

Here are some steps to troubleshoot:

    1. Check the installation logs for errors or warnings. You can find the logs by navigating to %programdata%\IBM Robotic Process Automation\Setup and opening the SetupServerServices file.
    2. Make sure your installation key is correct and hasn't expired or been used in excess of your license's installation limit.

    3. Confirm that your firewall is not blocking the installation's connection to the licensing server. If you're behind a proxy, ensure your proxy settings are correctly configured.

    4. Look for any available updates or patches for IBM RPA that might fix the issue.

    Additional troubleshooting documentation: https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/rpa/23.0?topic=server-validate-installation

If these steps don't resolve the issue, I would recommend reaching out directly to IBM Support!
